W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring 1st Year Apprentice Chefs. This is your chance to learn in a luxury hotel environment gain hands-on experience and study alongside other Marriott apprentices as part of a world-class program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing ingredients such as chopping portioning and storing food.
• Learn to prepare and cook dishes following recipes quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Support senior chefs by ensuring all ingredients are ready and available.
• Maintain an organized workstation restock supplies and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Participate in internationally recognized training programs by Marriott International.
