About the Role

We are seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Manager who will take pride in leading maintenance efforts at several apartment communities. This is a hands-on role focused on maintenance teamwork and high-quality service. This position does not oversee staff but will work closely with onsite teams to ensure timely repairs and resident satisfaction.

The Multi-Site Maintenance Manager reports to the Virginia Regional Manager and to the Property Managers of the communities they are servicing.

PAY: $30 - $33 per hour

LOCATION: Richmond / Quantico / Charlottesville

SCHEDULE: Full Time typically 8:30a - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.

**On-call rotation schedule is required**

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the completion of all service requests
• Complete work orders repairs and unit turns across multiple properties
• Perform HVAC plumbing electrical carpentry and general & preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist onsite teams during high-volume periods and special projects
• Maintain positive communication with staff and residents
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Ensure all work meets safety and code requirements
• Perform inventory and ensure all keys are kept securely in compliance with Miyas Law
• Additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Multi-family Maintenance
• Strong HVAC plumbing electrical and appliance repair skills
• EPA Type II or Universal certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Team-oriented reliable and professional
• Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
• Must be available to work flexible hours to be available to work an on-call schedule rotation

• Has knowledge in carpentry electrical HVAC plumbing painting masonry and appliance repairs and installation (dishwashers stoves refrigerators etc.)
