- Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
- Removes BVA cans from slot machines and replaces with empty cans.
- Transports the BVA cans to and from the Count room.
- Opens the drop containers and counts the money and tickets.
- Verifies documentation of drop and count of money and tickets.
- Bundles currency and reconciles final totals.
- Prepares daily reports as required by company policies procedures and state gaming regulations.
- Maintains Drop/Count equipment and Drop/Count room in a clean and orderly condition.
- Keeps the supervisor informed of any problems and issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
