As our agency continues to grow we are looking for a Marketing Associate to join the team and be part of this fast-paced growing company.
What were looking for:We are looking for a professional with administrative and/or client service experience strong Excel skills and the drive to build a career in marketing. This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of marketing programs for our clients handling client relationships and ensuring all deliverables account strategies and execution are met.
Location:The Marketing Associate is a hybrid position. We are looking for candidates based in Plymouth UK.

Responsibilities:
- Execute the program strategy and action plan
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
- Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
- Define monitor and analyze trends in clients metrics & KPIs
- Execute creative and promotion changes based on content calendars
- Lead recruitment activation optimization compliance and communication to affiliates
- Build maintain and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure added value
- Develop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics
- Manage daily weekly and monthly reporting communicate the performance of programs and recommend improvements
- Host client-facing calls and meetings in relation to the publisher portfolio that they oversee for each account while participating in similar calls for accounts supported
- Overseeing the day-to-day operational tasks including but not limited to: recruitment onboarding optimizations quality/compliance assurance newsletters and text link development/management
- Source develop and nurture affiliate partnerships to support client channel objectives
