Job Summary

Associate or Senior Associate Planner at Leading Planning Consultancy
Location: Milton Keynes with hybrid flexibility (Kings Cross and home working)
Salary: Associate up to 65000 Senior Associate up to 70000

Responsibilities:

Prepare and negotiate development proposals for residential-led and mixed-use schemes
Guide strategy for complex large-scale projects including EIA work
Secure planning permissions conditions and Section 106 agreements
Oversee implementation of development projects
Contribute to policy and plan-making activities
Mentor junior colleagues and manage budgets

Skills and Experience:

MRTPI chartered with proven experience in private or public sector planning
Strong communication skills with ability to provide clear concise advice
Collaborative approach to working with design teams
Commercial awareness and ability to prepare fee proposals
Leadership qualities to support team development
