Job Summary

MalaceHR is seeking a Custodial/Maintenance Lead for a school district in Roselle IL.

Pay: $25.00
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess valid unexpired drivers license
High School Diploma GED or suitable equivalent is required
Will require FingerprintBackground check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred
One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred
Should be Bilingual
Basic Computer Software knowledge (Outlook Word Calendar)

Responsibilities:

This will be a working Custodial and General Maintenance Lead position
Oversee 5 Custodial Staff
Light plumbing electrical and HVAC
Basic Grounds Maintenance
Floor Care
Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
Manage workload and job scheduling
Keep manager informed of customer feedback
Communicate effectively and promptly
Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client customer and team
Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
