Note: Shift Hours: 7pm-7am (10 hours and 35 mins (4) 15 mins breaks and 25 min lunch). Please note the following key points: - Steal Toe Shoes are required since Day 1. - 12 hours shift Lunch break will be paid. - Opportunity for conversion. - Opportunity for OT. - Schedule (4) days off (4) days on. Can start with Cleared DT while BG is running. Site Tour Required. Top 3 Keywords: 1. Electric pallet jack operation 2. Forklift certification 3. Shrink tunnel/robot operation

Must-Have Skills:

• Ability to lift cartons stack pack and perform physical tasks
• Ability to follow all safety policies PPE requirements S.T.E.P. and Safety Absolutes
• Ability to use plant floor data collection systems
• Basic math and measurement skills (tape measure ruler calculator)
• Ability to operate/learn testing devices (Chatillon E J Caddy Mettler PM 480 Fluke IR Thermometer)
• Ability to operate pallet jack; forklift certification may be required
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Ability to perform carton quality checks
• Ability to maintain housekeeping and 5S standards
• Good mechanical aptitude

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with bulk-pack break-away case-pack shrink tunnels or robotic equipment
• Experience handing flat pack/sorting operations
• Prior manufacturing production or packaging experience
• Ability to pass Farnsworth Munsell-100 Hue Test
• Basic computer skills

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Feed cartons onto belts maintain stack height direction and straight positioning.
• Pack cartons using automatic packers or hand packing; determine packing specifications.
• Perform quality audits and ensure cartons meet job specifications.
• Transport cartons using electric pallet jacks; change pallets/loads as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with PPE SQF safety and 5S standards.
• Support finishing operations including bulk-pack break-away case-pack shrink tunnel and robotic processes as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs stand bend and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to use PPE at all times (safety glasses gloves hearing protection bump cap steel/composite toe shoes etc.).
• Ability to follow workplace rules safety interventions (Lets Talk Safety) and S.T.E.P. protocol.
• Ability to read measure perform basic math and handle quality checks accurately.
• Ability to work in compliance with plant procedures training requirements and production standards.
