Requirements

What You Will Do

• Analyse and map business processes especially in logistics stock handling ordering flows and product administration.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for IT teams.
• Safeguard data clarity accuracy and consistency across systems and integrations.
• Prepare functional designs data models use cases and documentation for ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with product owners developers and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Help shape a more integrated future-proof information architecture.

What You Bring

• 3 years of experience as Information Analyst Business Analyst Functional Analyst or similar.
• Fluent in Dutch (HARD REQUIREMENT)
• Ability to structure complex business requirements into clear system documentation.
• Understanding of data flows and preferably logistics-related processes.
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both business and IT.

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience with ERP systems (logistics stock order processes).
• Experience with integrations APIs or data modelling.
