Please note: This is not a remote position. You will work from our state-of-the-art offices in Athens (Moschato and Piraeus).

What you will do

• Review and categorize social media content according to clear guidelines

• Ensure user-generated content complies with client policies

• Make balanced decisions to protect the online community

• Contribute to a safe and positive user experience

• Apply content policies consistently and accurately

• Support users via chat email or phone (depending on the project)

• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and propose solutions

• Work in line with company and client procedures

What we expect from you

• Excellent verbal and written Dutch skills

• Good command of English

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using Windows the internet and MS Office

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle content objectively

• Positive proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience in content moderation social media or customer support is a plus (not required)
