Job Description: Production Operators - Inorganic Pigment Production
The selected candidate will be a part of our clients production team as a Production Operator and support the production of inorganic color pigments that are used worldwide for coloring in numerous industries such as construction paints & coatings and plastics.
Duties / Experience
- Charge blend and package pigments as instructed by the blend repackaging or packaging sheets.
- Troubleshoot equipment and make repairs commensurate with skill level.
- Recognize defects in finished product such as lumps or streaking in finished product.
- Prepare equipment for new blend by thoroughly cleaning to prevent cross contamination.
- Complete all required company training.
- 0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Other Information
Position requires the selected candidate to possess a high degree of sensory attention and visual inspection of the product throughout the manufacturing process. A valid driver license is required together with the successful completion of pre-employment drug and background checks.
