Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follows operating procedures to run products through furnace cycles.
- Positions and aligns parts in fixture or other holding devices.
- Loads and unloads furnace establish correct settings makes necessary adjustments to insure proper furnace operation.
- Follows all required safety and OSHA rules and regulation including the use of PPE.
- Performs visual inspection of parts and assemblies.
- Consistently regularly and dependably at work and on time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Basic mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
- Proficient using computers.
- Must be able to use overhead crane to perform time sequential transfers of baskets to and from specific process solutions.
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
