What Youll Do:
- Lead and inspire a regional finance team
- Drive operational plans and achieve profitability targets
- Oversee month-end and annual financial statements
- Contribute to stock control and risk management
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Promote values of honesty respect accountability and energy
What Were Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting or higher financial qualification
- Honours Degree or equivalent (CA(SA) preferred)
- Experience:
- 7 years in senior financial management within retail or FMCG
- Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership & people management
- Strategic planning & decision-making
- Risk management & budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Customer-centric mindset
