About the role.
As the Brand Manager DACH for Foodservice (FS) and Local Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) you will be responsible for managing the foodservice product portfolio across the full product lifecyclefrom idea generation and innovation to launch optimization and ongoing management of the standard range. Additionally you will implement digital campaigns in line with the German and Continental-European strategy and the annual marketing plan.
What youll be doing.
- Prepare the annual marketing plan for the foodservice product portfolio in line with the marketing objectives
- Portfolio management (qualification and launch of innovations product optimization SKU rationalization quality monitoring)
- Development of positioning and marketing strategies as well as sales presentations
- Planning implementation and follow-up of communication campaigns including action planning local adaptation of measures and digital activation (digital campaigns website newsletter social media)
- Organize and deliver of local trade fairs including management of the trade fair service provider.
- Taking over specific projects including planning and implementation (e.g. local projects or implementation of an EU project in the DACH region)
- Market and competitive analyses and preparation of regular reports
- Budget planning and monitoring
- Collaborate closely with the European head office in France as well as with numerous internal departments such as sales research & development and controlling as well as with the affiliated agencies.
What youll need to be successful.
- University degree Bachelors or masters degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing/product management (ideally FMCG)
- Relevant experience in implementing digital campaigns and social media marketing
- Experience in the catering industry is an advantage
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
- Team player proactive entrepreneurial structured and able to work independently
- Open and skilled in intercultural cooperation
- Assertive persuasive and confident in presenting ideas.
- Advanced computer proficiency especially with MS Office applications.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (1-2 days/month in Germany or within Europe)

Job Zielsetzung.
Management des Foodservice-Produktportfolios über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus (Innovationen Standardsortiment) und Durchführung von Digitalkampagnen im Rahmen der deutschen und kontinentaleuropäischen Strategie sowie des jährlichen Marketingplans.
Aufgabenbereich.
- Erstellung des jährlichen Marketingplans für das Foodservice Produktportfolio im Einklang mit den Marketingzielen
- Portfoliomanagement (Qualifikation und Launch von Innovationen Produktoptimierung SKU-Rationalisierung Qualitätsmonitoring)
- Erarbeitung von Positionierungs- und Vermarktungsstrategien sowie Vertriebspräsentationen
- Planung Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Kommunikationskampagnen inkl. Aktionsplanung lokaler Anpassung der Maßnahmen sowie digitaler Aktivierung (Digitalkampagnen Webseite Newsletter Social Media)
- Organisation und Durchführung von lokalen Messen inklusive Steuerung des Messedienstleisters.
- Übernahme spezifischer Projekte inklusive Planung und Durchführung (z.B. lokale Projekte oder Implementierung eines EU-Projekts in der DACH Region)
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports
- Budgetplanung und -monitoring
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem europäischen Headoffice in Frankreich sowie mit zahlreichen internen Fachabteilungen wie z.B. Vertrieb Forschung & Entwicklung sowie Controlling sowie mit den angeschlossenen Agenturen.
Was Sie brauchen um erfolgreich zu sein
Qualifikationen:
- Universitätsabschluss (Bachelor oder Master) in Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing/Produktmanagement (idealerweise FMCG)
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung digitaler Kampagnen und im Social-Media-Marketing
- Erfahrung in der Gastronomie ist von Vorteil
- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift).

- Teamplayer proaktiv unternehmerisch denkend strukturiert und selbständig arbeitend
- Offen und geschickt in interkultureller Zusammenarbeit
- Durchsetzungsfähig und überzeugend

- Reisebereitschaft (1-2 Tage/Monat in Deutschland bzw. innereuropäisch).
