Were now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our local Marketing team in Sofia; ideally someone who thrives in a broad hands-on marketing this role youll bring Wolts story to life in your market by leading local commercial and content/social media marketing efforts. Youll report to the Marketing Lead and play a key role in driving growth across all our business lines from restaurants and retail to new verticals.

Youll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy: managing local partnerships building campaigns that resonate with customers and driving meaningful community engagement. This is your chance to shape how Wolt shows up locally building brand love and loyalty one campaign at a time.

What youll be doing

As a Marketing Manager youll be the driving force behind Wolts local marketing initiatives bringing our brand to life across cities communities and digital channels. Youll turn insights into creative campaigns partnerships and experiences that strengthen our local presence and drive growth across all business lines. This is a hands-on role where youll get to blend strategic thinking with creative execution while collaborating closely with local teams and regional marketing partners to make an impact that truly resonates.

Day-to-day in this role youll:

• Lead and manage local marketing campaigns from concept to execution ensuring theyre engaging effective and true to Wolts brand.
• Build strong relationships with local partners and merchants to co-create marketing initiatives that drive visibility and mutual growth.
• Develop and implement the local social media strategy crafting authentic relevant and community-driven content.
• Collaborate with local influencers to produce creative high-impact content that connects with our audience.
• Activate both organic and paid hyper-local initiatives such as events guerrilla marketing and partnerships with community brands.
• Partner with the regional marketing team to ensure that local campaigns align with broader business goals and brand guidelines.
• Track analyse and report on campaign performance translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Support campaign planning for new city or area launches helping to build excitement and awareness in new markets.

Our humble expectations

• Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social partnerships events influencer).
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders ideally across commercial operations and content teams.
• Strong analytical mindset confident in using data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing social media content and community engagement.
• Comfortable juggling both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in food delivery on-demand services or e-commerce is a plus.
