Your mission
Your main responsibilities will be to govern analyze and utilize internal and external data (sales data market data consumer data etc.) to identify generate and validate opportunities for value-creating collaborations with our customers. You will challenge brand and category strategies based on customer and shopper data and drive distribution category and space development in all retail environments. As part of the role you will contribute to developing assortment pricing and promotional strategies based on category insights and collaborate closely with our KAM and Sales Manager to increase customer performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to developand execute comprehensive category plans leveraging your extensive experience and expertise to drive business growth and profitability.
Contribute to the development of retailer engagement plans showcasing your category thought leadership and expertise to establish strong partnerships and drive mutual growth.
Track analyze and report on category performance utilizing your advanced analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and adjust plans accordingly to meet objectives.
Contribute to the development of channel-specific assortment strategies collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize product offerings and meet customer demands.
Develop pricing and promotional strategies leveraging your analytical insightsand market knowledgeto drive competitive pricing and impactful promotional campaigns.
- Mastersdegreeinbusinessmarketingorarelated field.
- Minimumof3-4yearsofexperiencein trade marketingcategorymanagement/POS activationbrandmanagementorarelatedfieldwithatrackrecordof success in driving business growth.
