For our team we are looking for:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS
Heidelberg Materials Devnya is part of Heidelberg Materials a leader in the cement industry worldwide and the largest cement producer in Bulgaria with a leading position in the domestic market but also the main cement exporter.
Your Tasks:
Develops implements and manages sustainable products sales plan;
Applies the companys marketing and commercial strategy regarding EvoZero and Evobuild;
Identifies and develops opportunities for Sales of EvoZero and Evobuild;
Responsible for the sales of the companys sustainable product range in accordance with the business plans;
Responsible for after-sales service;
Maintains a client database monitors and analyzes the entire sales process solves issues when occur;
Establishes develops and maintains good relations with the companys customers;
Advises clients in technical matters;
Monitors the market situation and competition;
Prepares periodic reports.
Our requirements:
University degree - economic or technical field;
Previous experience on a similar position minimum 2 years;
Very good command of English (both written and spoken);
Sales techniques/Negotiation skills;
Very good analytical and communication skills;
Very good skills to work independently and as a part of a team;
Result oriented;
Self-motivated and dynamic.
