Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team in Burbank IL. The OT will provide targeted interventions to support students in achieving functional academic and social goals. This role requires an in-person interview prior to assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide individualized interventions in a school setting.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with teachers parents and other professionals.
Support students fine motor sensory processing and functional skills development.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with school staff parents and multidisciplinary teams.
Attend meetings trainings and case conferences as required.
Review and understand the student population prior to assignment.

Qualifications:

Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
Experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage a caseload independently.
