Candidates with an interest in resident education and residency program development are encouraged to Health Medical Center serves as a tertiary referral center caring for a high volume of patients with complex ophthalmic conditions. ECU Health Ophthalmology is actively recruiting providers across all sub-specialties to join its growing multi-specialty practice. The program has received ACGME approval to launch a new Ophthalmology residency with the inaugural class set to begin in the summer of 2026.
