Position Details:
Rutherford Regional Health System a Duke LifepointHospitalis growing with the addition of a hospital employed full-time BC/BE General Surgeon to strengthen our established team at Rutherford Surgical Associates.
Requirements: bread and butter general surgery endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures
Current medical staff is composed of Cardiology General Surgery Orthopedics Family Medicine Behavioral Health OB/GYN Pediatrics
Rural community hospital - 1.5hrs from Charlotte and 1hr from Asheville
Seeking 4th General Surgeon
Average 10-20 patients/day
Schedule and call:
Clinic Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm
OR in the morning followed by clinic
Shared Call
Clinic EMR- Athena Hospital EMR- Meditech
