Job Summary
Type of contract:employment contract
Salary range: 22 510 - 34 520PLN gross
We are looking for a Leader of one of our Practices.
Responsibilities
- Building and leading the Practice (with ca. 100 members currently)
- Managing capacity and capability of the Practice driving training and learning activities
- Enabling and supporting quality delivery of projects and services
- Managing business KPIs and organizations budget
- People management. Supporting personal growth and career development of team members building motivated engaged and highly capable team
- Optimizing processes and assets of organization to increase teams efficiency and impact
- Managing projects related to internal transformations
- Defining and executing organization strategy
- Personal engagement in presales activities and client delivery
Requirements
- Strong leaderships skills (min. 6 years in a managerial position)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in working with senior management
- Very good understanding of the needs and trends on the IT market
- Passion and experience in AI
- Readiness to travel between our offices in Poland (Łódź Warszawa Poznań Kraków)
- Fluent English
- Extensive hands-on experience in commercial projects in the area IT solutions and services ideally within one of: Custom Applications Development Data AI
- Ideally experience with Finance & Banking sector
