Ideagen is seeking a dynamic and experienced talented and experienced People Business Partner to join our busy Hyderabad-based People Team. As a fast moving and growing business. Were looking for someone who is passionate about people and developing exceptional relationships with managers and senior stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to use your expertise to shape and guide the implementation of our people strategies within the business and to be involved in organizational wide project design and management which will support the ongoing growth of ldeagen and its people proposition.
Responsibilities
Strategic People Planning
- Developing people plan in partnership with the divisional leadership team
- Using insights from our organizational employee opinion surveys (The Big & Little Conversations) ensuring the activity that drives engagement is prioritized and has clear leadership accountability is effectively communicated.
- Identifying development opportunities for our colleagues as part of our talent mapping process and helping our leaders connect this with operational requirements within the organization.
- Driving the conversation and action surrounding succession planning - identifying risk areas and enabling leaders to create mitigation plans where required.
- Identifying and building solutions that connect current organizational structures and operating models to the needs of a growth business.
Employee Relations
- Managing ER activity.
- Upskilling managers on process and legislation when they are involved in leading an ER case.
- Collate data and insights to support policy and process development projects.
- Leading on several impactful projects. These may be Companywide or Divisional.
- Scoping out projects including identifying keys stakeholders milestones and principals
- Prioritizing projects in line with wider organizational change and activity.
- Using data and stats that help create the storytelling around the activity you are driving.
Effective Partnering
- Working with the Centre of Excellence team on rewards talent development talent acquisition and internal communications as a partner.
Employee Engagement & Culture Collaboration
- Designing and executing the employee engagement calendar for India in alignment with the organizational culture strategy.
- Collaborating closely with India Culture & Community Team and other ERGs to plan engagement activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global Comms team for necessary release of comms and postings.
- Ensuring event approvals and comms are managed effectively and within approved budget.
- Driving post-event impact measurement through employee feedback and engagement analytics.
- Ensuring smooth coordination and execution of community and culture-related events acting as the local point of accountability.
Data & KPls
- Developing databases and translating the detail back to the division in a way that makes sense and supports understanding of what can be improved upon.
- Using KPls and data to support the leaders.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstratable experience of leading key people projects.
- Demonstratable experience using people data to inform key activity.
- Experience in shaping people plans.
- Evidence of senior stakeholder management
- Ideally as a senior advisor level or junior HR partner but not essential
