Job Description
Job Title - Oracle Talent Acquisition Executive / Lead
Experience - 4 - 10 Years
Location - Hyderabad Noida
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:-
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle sourcing qualified candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process to meet organizational hiring needs with Oracle skill.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (IT/Non-IT).
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates fit for the position.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the entire interview process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Create and post job descriptions on different job boards.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions at once.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Recruitment Oracle Skill.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
