Votre futur rôle

Relevez un nouveau défi et mettez à profit votre expertise en intelligence artificielle et en optimisation des processus industriels dans un domaine de pointe. Vous travaillerez avec une équipe collaborative innovante et tournée vers lavenir et vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation numérique des opérations industrielles chez Alstom.

Au quotidien vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers (ex. équipes dindustrialisation de planification industrielle de logistique etc.) animerez des ateliers fonctionnels avec des experts en gestion des données et soutiendrez ladoption des outils dintelligence artificielle au sein de lorganisation.

Vous vous occuperez plus particulièrement de la conception du développement et du déploiement doutils dintelligence artificielle mais aussi de lintégration de ces solutions dans notre paysage numérique opérationnel.

Nous ferons appel à vous pour :

• Analyser les besoins métiers et structurer les exigences fonctionnelles.

• Mener des études de faisabilité (Proof of Feasibility) et des prototypes (Proof of Concept) pour des outils dintelligence artificielle.

• Superviser la validation et le déploiement des solutions sur des sites pilotes.

• Collaborer avec les équipes IT pour définir et développer des outils industrialisés.

• Élaborer des plans de déploiement et recueillir les retours utilisateurs pour ajustements et améliorations.

• Proposer des architectures techniques et des stratégies dintégration adaptées.

• Développer des applications en utilisant des langages tels que Python et SQL ainsi que des outils BI comme Power BI.

• Assurer la documentation et le support pour la gestion du changement.

Votre profil

• Diplôme en ingénierie des données ou équivalent

• Expérience ou compréhension des environnements industriels ou opérationnels.

• Connaissance des cadres de transformation numérique et de la gouvernance des données.

• Maîtrise des langages de programmation (Python SQL JavaScript) et des frameworks IA/ML (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn).

• Familiarité avec les outils BI (Power BI QlikSense) et les plateformes Cloud (Azure).

• Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à collaborer avec des équipes multiculturelles.

• Esprit analytique pensée critique et orientation vers la résolution de problèmes.

• Expérience en intégration API méthodologies DevOps et agiles.

• Une expérience avec SAP ERP et Dassault Systèmes PLM serait un plus.

• Maîtrise courante du français et de langlais (écrit et oral).
