Cross-Functional Alignment & Resource Mobilization:

Essential Requirements:
15 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience with proven track record in strategy development and execution demonstrating ability to translate business strategy into operational excellence and measurable results.
Extensive experience working across international markets with deep understanding of diverse healthcare systems market dynamics commercial models and the complexities of scaling solutions globally.
Strong background in commercial operations customer experience or platform/ecosystem developmentwith demonstrated success in removing barriers optimizing performance and driving growth through operational excellence.
Proven leadership in complex matrix organizations with ability to influence senior stakeholders secure resources align cross-functional partners and drive results without direct authority over all required resources.
