Freedom Mobile is seeking aNetwork Construction Leadto support our network deployment projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong field experience and a civil engineering background who can manage contractors and consultants effectively and ensure smooth execution of construction activities. You will play a critical role in reviewing and validating design specifications ensuring compliance with CSA standards and collaborating with engineering firms construction managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality telecom infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate site construction activities for telecom infrastructure projects
- Manage relationships with contractors consultants engineering firms and internal teams
- Review and interpret telecom drawings SC6 documentation and design specifications
- Collaborate on design solutions and ensure alignment with project requirements
- coordinate site inspections to monitor progress and verify compliance with CSA standards and safety regulations
- Ensure adherence to project timelines quality expectations and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports using project management tools and Excel
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom construction
- Civil engineering education.
- Strong understanding of telecom drawings and SC6 standards
- Proven ability to manage contractors and consultants
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Familiarity with project management platforms
- Field experience is an asset.
