Description
TKO StaffPros LLC is looking for a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join one of our Clients Professional Office in the Northeast MS area. This full-time on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to begin their career in the dynamic field of Human Resources within the executive office industry.
As a Human Resource Generalist you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment employee relations and compliance. You will work closely with our management team to ensure a positive workplace culture and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while earning a competitive salary range of $50000 - $60000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings and screening candidates
- Onboard new employees and provide orientation
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field
