Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance technician to support building upkeep and repairs for a client in Seneca MO. The Facility Maintenance role involves performing general maintenance duties including carpentry plumbing drywall painting and basic electrical work while ensuring the facility remains safe functional and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general commercial building repair and maintenance
Complete tasks involving painting carpentry plumbing drywall and basic electrical work
Support routine upkeep and facility improvement projects
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
Reliable transportation is required
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Stable and consistent work history required
Hands-on knowledge of general building maintenance and repair
