Location: Phillipsburg NJ (On-site MondayFriday)

As a Project Manager youll be the key liaison between manufacturing construction teams and clients ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager youll be the key liaison between manufacturing construction teams and clients ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all phases of steel fabrication and erection projects.
- Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings for accuracy.
- Coordinating schedules budgets and change orders.
- Leading project kickoff meetings and attending jobsite meetings.
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and resolving project challenges.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in construction project management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (no need to create them).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working on-site five days a week.
