Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Process accounts payable: vendor invoices payments receipts
- Handle accounts receivable: invoicing payment monitoring collections follow-up
- Assist with payroll processing when required
- Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
- Maintain accurate and organized digital financial documentation
- Prepare financial summaries and weekly/monthly reports
- Monitor and manage cash flow (track inflows/outflows to ensure operational funds)
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Coordinate with operations for job costs expenses and payout verificationEnsure compliance with internal accounting standards
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Strong English communication skills and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- At least 13 years of accounting experience preferred

3. Power Backup
A reliable power backup that could sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift)
