Job Summary

Role Overview:
This role is focused on serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers ensuring that work delivered meets quality standards and deadlines. The Account Specialist acts as the customers advocate within the organization addressing concerns promptly and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently including urgent requests. They work closely with customers to understand their needs and propose solutions that align with those requirements. The Account Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships ensuring satisfaction and driving growth within the assigned accounts. The role requires technical knowledge strong customer orientation and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters.
  • Foster customer loyalty and growth through ongoing support and proactive engagement.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts identify key customers and develop strategies to expand account potential.
  • Work with the technical support team to provide solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Identify opportunities with new and existing customers and communicate value-added services or offerings.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints collaborating internally to recommend effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular service reviews with customers and operations teams addressing critical issues.
  • Understand customer and market needs and contribute to pricing and sales strategies.
  • Prepare proposals and review contract terms using standard company templates when applicable.
  • Provide feedback on market trends customer expectations and competitor activity.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in sales; familiarity with HVAC systems chiller plants airside solutions energy services or building services is a strong advantage.
  • Able to review interpret and analyze technical documents accurately.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities capable of combining information from multiple sources to identify solutions.
  • Comfortable working with complex technical instructions schematics and abstract data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to convey technical information clearly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and innovative approach to addressing challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
