Job Summary
Odoo Techno functional consultant - With 5 years in Odoo development
As an Odoo Techno functional consultant you will be responsible for project development leading the technical development customization and implementation of Odoo ERP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining high standards of coding and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Solution Design: Design and architect scalable Odoo solutions ensuring high performance and security.
- Development & Customization: Develop custom Odoo modules features and integrations as per business needs.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
- System Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and other ERP systems.
- Deployment & Support: Oversee deployment processes and provide technical support post-implementation.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture and development guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants project managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Experience: minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python XML and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo framework ORM workflows and report customization.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database management.
- Expertise in Odoo integration with third-party systems (APIs Web Services).
- Proficiency in Python XML and JavaScript.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with and cloud-based Odoo hosting.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Odoo certification is a plus.
