Role: Executive Recruiter
Experience: 5-10 years
Location: Remote (PAN INDIA)
Prefer Female Candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source high-quality candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn HR
Navigator Apollo and other recruitment tools.
Conduct and employ targeted strategies for headhunting mid-to-senior level roles
across functions.
Engage in active sourcing including cold outreach passive candidate engagement
and network tapping.
Screen interview and evaluate potential hires against role specifications.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and tracking systems.
Collaborate with senior managers to understand role requirements and define ideal
candidate profiles.
Execute recruitment strategies tailored to the EdTech sector and consultancy-driven
hiring mandates.
Work independently and meet hiring targets within defined timelines in a remote
working setup.
Maintains a healthy network of Clients and candidates.
Handle end to end Recruitment cyclea must. Shall be able to form SOP.
Requirements
510 years of proven headhunting/recruitment experience preferably in EdTech
and/or HR consultancy.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter HR Navigator Apollo and similar sourcing
tools/platforms.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability across a
variety of roles.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver under tight deadlines in a remote
environment.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of Indian employment practices and hiring trends.
Prior experience working in a remote recruitment setup.
Understanding of the talent landscape in the education or EdTech sector.
Immediate Joiner is preferred.
