What you will do:
Reporting and Analytics
Prepare analyze and maintain reports dashboards and metrics for internal teams and clients.
Develop automated reporting solutions using tools such as MS Excel Google Sheets and BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
Extract insights from data to support strategic decisions and present findings to management.
Requirement Gathering Planning & Data Management
Conduct client meetings to collect analyze and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear project plans functional specifications and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation.
Organize update and ensure the accuracy of operational data and documentation.
Maintain data integrity by implementing data validation techniques and audits.
Collaborate with teams to standardize documentation processes and templates.
Operational Coordination
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing sales and development to ensure smooth workflows.
Track project deliverables and timelines ensuring milestones are met.
Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and suggest process enhancements.
Technical Expertise and Support
Provide technical support for database management and data-related tasks.
Utilize advanced MS Excel features such as pivot tables macros and conditional formatting for data analysis.
Data Analysis (Excel Power BI SQL): Ability to analyze and interpret data with proficiency in tools like Excel Power BI and SQL needed for BAs to draw actionable insights from raw data.
Basic - Programming Knowledge (Python R etc): Having a basic understanding of programming languages like Python or R needed for automating repetitive analysis tasks to bring operational efficiencies.
Leverage tools like Google Workspace and CRM systems to streamline operations.
Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting
Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Troubleshoot discrepancies in data and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
2 years of experience in MIS data analysis or operations roles preferably in a digital marketing or related industry.
MS Excel (advanced features such as pivot tables macros and VBA).
Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Zoho CRM) and project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana) is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field. 3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on search and social platforms. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory). Knowledge of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). Familiarity with audience targeting techniques (e.g. demographics interests). Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Creative thinking to develop engaging ad content that resonates with audiences.
