Job Description
Your future area of responsibility
- Contribute to the development of the companys health and safety strategy
- Ensuring full compliance with local and national health and safety regulations
- Coordination with the health and safety plan on the construction site through audits and inspections of the construction site conditions
- Review and monitor subcontractor documentation and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Support in the preparation of documentation such as work instructions and permits
- Reporting on compliance with health safety and environmental regulations on the construction site
- First point of contact for communication with the customer or its representatives as well as with subcontractors on health and safety issues
- Conducting HSE training and advising the Lupp project team as well as the deployed workers and subcontractors
Your profile
- Experience in construction management with a focus on health and safety management
- Certification in Health and Safety Management or equivalent
- Knowledge of the principles of safety and health in design and construction
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and good English skills
