About the department:
The Key Account department is responsible for prospecting and maintaining international and national fleet customers in Germany as well as to support with B2B Business in addition collecting market information and supporting country managers in approaching local fleet customers are important tasks.
About the role:
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for DENZA you will be responsible for strategically managing and developing key customer relationships in the premium automotive sector. You will act as the main point of contact between our company and our partners understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure sustainable growth.
In this role you will report to the Fleet Director BYD as well as to the Commercial Director for DENZA Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
Building maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships in the B2B sector.
Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
Negotiating contracts and managing pricing structures.
Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing Product Management After-Sales) to ensure optimal customer solutions.
Conducting market analysis and competitive assessments to enhance sales strategies.
Regular reporting and forecasting to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field;
Several years of experience in sales preferably within the automotive industry;
Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;
Self-motivated responsible and independent;
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong business acumen;
High willingness to travel and enjoy direct customer interaction;
Fluent in German and English.
