The Senior HR Manager acts as a key strategic partner to the CHRO and executive leadership team playing a crucial role in defining organizational priorities managing daily operations and developing and executing comprehensive strategies. The Leader will cultivate collaboration among HR Leaders HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) Strategy and Integration focals and the BDS Home Office ensuring alignment of HR strategies and driving effective execution across the organization. Furthermore this leader will oversee the BDS workforce plan for an organization with over 30000 employees integrating inputs from all divisions to generate valuable insights and formulate strategic actions that ensure we successfully achieve our objectives. Based in Berkeley MO this leader will manage a team of four requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills along with strong HR and business acumen strategic thinking and robust project management capabilities.

Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CHRO and other senior HR leaders to develop and execute organizational priorities
Provide oversight into the management of the BDS HR operating rhythm including team meetings training and strategic planning sessions
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including senior leaders and external partners
Draft and review correspondences presentations and reports in support of the CHRO
Conduct research analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure organizational effectiveness to enhance productivity while seeking continuous improvement
Manage key projects and initiatives ensuring they are executed flawlessly on time and within budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams track progress and provide regular updates to the CHRO
Collaborate with other organizations to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategic initiatives
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience in a role utilizing HR and business acumen and understanding
5 years of experience in a role that required project management skills and involved cross functional/business units with a track record of successful execution
3 years of experience in a leadership role
3 years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher in HR Business Administration or related field
Experience balancing multiple tasks concurrently and paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
