Duties: APP would be covering solo with MD call support; APP would be in-house for entire shift/ possible housing available if wanted to stay between shifts.

Procedures: I&D precipitous deliveries (rare but on call MD would be available for additional support if time allows) lac repair fracture stabilization chest tube placement & intubation.

Beds in the Dept: 3

EMR: Cerner

Other Info:

- Level 1: Highest level of acuity provider will treat.

- If APP requires Cerner training must arrive in Cut Bank (which is 2 hrs from Great Falls Airport) at 1p the day prior for training; If day prior lands on a weekend will look at doing Virtual Training on a weekday prior to starting shift.

Requirements:

Active MT license (or IMLC)

BC/BE

DEA (registered in MT at all times during employment)

BLS ACLS PALS; ATLS (or equivalent)

At least 3 yrs of EM experience
