Job Summary
We are currentlyseekinghighlymotivated Associate Search Director to manage a team and client portfolio. Key tasks will include team leadershipestablishingand maintaining relationships with internal and external clientsdevelopingand administering Search and Digital account strategy and championinginnovation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
25% - Lead applicable Client relationship(s) on behalf of Search team.
20% - Develop Retail Search strategy and testingmethodologyand roadmap for client(s).
25% - Manage subset of Search team across multiple clientsestablishing/refiningprocesses for creating implementing trackinganalyzingandoptimizingRetail Search strategy
15% - Contribute to larger team training and learning agenda leading cross-learning sessions among manager-level team members and below.
5% - Manage daily relationships with with key retail partners like Amazon Walmart Target etc
5% - Set and manageexpectationof client and internal teams.
5% - Provide supportonnew business initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
In this position you will directly manage Supervisors Managers and Analyst-level team members.

Knowledge and Skills Required
6 years of experience in Retail Search
Retail media buying experience on Amazon and one or more of the following platforms is required - Walmart Criteo Citrus Ads Kroger/Promote IQ Instacart.
Ability to train motivate and manage individuals at multiple levels from entry to manager level.
Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills.
An enthusiasm for learning about Retail Searchona fast-growing thriving team.
Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the SEM programs and to expand upon that success.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in person and in writing.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Bachelors degree.

Salary Range
$110000.00 - $135000.00A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets experience training education licensure/certifications and qualifications for the role.
