Job Summary
Naztec Staffing is building a pool of reliable hardworking candidates for current and upcoming job opportunities in warehouse food production and manufacturing environments. Positions may be temporary full-time part-time or temp-to-hire depending on client needs.
Positions We Commonly Hire For
- Warehouse Associates / Material Handlers
- Production & Assembly Line Workers
- Pickers & Packers
- Shipping & Receiving Clerks
- Machine Operators (entry-level and experienced)
- Quality Control Assistants
Typical Job Responsibilities
- Load unload sort and move products or materials
- Work on production or packaging lines
- Pick pack label and prepare orders for shipping
- Inspect products for quality accuracy and proper labeling
- Follow safety sanitation and hygiene procedures as required
- Maintain clean work areas and follow supervisor instructions
Candidate Requirements
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Willingness to work in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to follow safety rules and job instructions
- Background check or drug screening may be required depending on client
- Basic English comprehension required for safety communication
