About the Role: We are seeking a motivated reliable and enthusiastic Entry-Level Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our early childhood education program. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position while gaining hands-on experience in childcare administration and program management. The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director to help ensure a safe structured and nurturing environment for children ranging from infants to 13 years old.

Requirements
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or a related field
- Previous experience in a childcare preschool or school-age setting
- Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
- Ability to support curriculum planning and daily classroom activities
- High level of reliability professionalism and a positive attitude
- Must pass a background check and drug test
