Job Summary

Salary: $65000 - $70000

What Youll Do:

Conduct functional assessments and design individualized treatment plans
Lead clinical decision-making using ABA principles
Provide coaching training and mentorship to staff and caregivers
Analyze data to inform intervention strategies and outcomes
Maintain clear accurate and compliant documentation
Participate in collaboration with a multidisciplinary support team
Promote a person-centered ethical growth-minded environment

What You Bring:

Masters degree from an accredited university in behavioral or social science or related field or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Master of Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Demonstrated competency in developing implementing and monitoring behavioral programs.
Experience in crisis management in an environment similar to that to which they are assigned
Must have an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the Agencys insurance carrier and policy
