We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Operations Director to lead our Hackensack NJ practice and drive operational excellence that transforms patient experiences.

Location: Hackensack NJ
Compensation: $195000 - $225000 annually
Compensation packages based on your unique skills experience and qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Physician Operations: Optimize schedules clinic flow and EMR systems to enhance efficiency and patient care.
- Drive Nursing Excellence: Oversee inpatient and outpatient nursing teams fostering a culture of compassion and clinical precision.
- Advance Clinical Research: Support innovative research initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Streamline Patient Access: Manage intake and new patient flow for a smooth welcoming experience.
- Monitor Clinical Performance: Track and improve key metrics tied to our Management Agreement.
- Empower Clinical Staff: Supervise and develop MAs LPNs and other support staff to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration nursing or related field (Masters preferred).
- 57 years of leadership experience in clinical operations within a healthcare setting.
- Expertise in EMR optimization and clinical workflow management.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
