Join us as the Controller/Director of Finance!

This opportunity requires onsite Monday-Friday in Auburn MA.

As the Director of Finance/Controller for TaraVista and MiraVista Hospital in Auburn Massachusetts youll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. The Director of Finance is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.

As the Director of Finance:

You are responsible for the day-to-day management of all financial management and financial reporting functions for the organization
You will oversee the finance department including general accounting payroll accounts payable patient billing and financial analysis
You will manage and oversee the purchasing and materials management functions for the organization
You will work collaboratively with other managers and senior leaders throughout the organization on matters concerning financial and operational performance
You are directly responsible for leading and supervising the staff in general accounting accounts payable and payroll

Successful candidates will have the following:

Bachelors degree in accounting finance business administration or related field.
Masters degree and/or CPA is preferred.
Five or more years of experience in managing an accounting function in a healthcare organization with $25M in revenue.
Must be accustomed to strategic thinking business acumen ethical conduct technical capacity and performance management.
An understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle.

Pay Range:

Compensation will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience.

$125000 - $150000
