As Conference & Banqueting Manager youll lead and direct conference and banquet operations food truck services ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience always following government regulations concerning health safety and any other requirements.

Every day is different but youll mostly be:
Direct daily activity plan and assign work to ensure optimal staffing.
Develop team performance through coaching feedback and goal setting.
Train colleagues to meet compliance and service standards.
Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Promote a positive working environment for teams to thrive.
Ensure food and beverage equipment is operational and cleaned regularly.
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels for banquet convention spaces and the food truck.
Address guest requests and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor and control food beverage and labor costs to stay within budget.
Collaborate with other departments to find additional revenue opportunities.
Manage food and beverage inventory ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste.
Participate in food and beverage marketing programs and promotions.
What we need from you
Diploma or above qualifications
At least 3 years working experience working in the Conference & Banqueting field in a Managerial role
