Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of all facilities including utilities buildings and equipment.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure all mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) HVAC and fire protection systems are functioning properly.
- Monitor building performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage IFM partner/company responsible for:
- Soft services (cleaning landscaping pest control)
- Hard services (building maintenance M&E support)
- Review and ensure IFM performance meets KPIs SLAs and contract obligations.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and annual contract evaluation.
- Coordinate escalation corrective actions and service improvement plans.
- Ensure IFM practices meet safety quality and compliance requirements
- Lead facilities projects including cleanroom expansion tool hook-ups and system upgrades.
- Plan budget review tender documents and supervise contractors.
- Support commissioning FAT/SAT and turnover to operations.
- Ensure all operations comply with DOSH DOE Bomba and other local regulations.
- Perform HIRARC chemical/gas safety assessments and safety audits.
- Manage external vendors for utilities equipment servicing and major projects.
- Evaluate vendor performance and manage service contracts. Ensure timely
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Prior experience managing IFM or large outsourced facility teams is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom operations and critical utilities
