Position Details

Schedule: Live-in Thursday morning to Sunday morning
Compensation: Competitive pay
Location: Coral Springs / surrounding Broward communities
Client Needs: Light assistance companionship daily routines safety oversight support with ADLs/IADLs and transportation to appointments

Requirements

CNA/HHA certificate
Level 2 background screening
CPR (or willing to obtain)
Experience with seniors/Dementia/live in
Must have a personal vehicle for transporting client to doctors appointments
Valid drivers license & auto insurance
Reliable patient professional

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and meal preparation.
Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients quality of life.
Medication reminders and assist with mobility and physical exercises.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals.
Adhere to care plans and follow established protocols for patient care.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in Florida.
Experience in home health care or a similar caregiving role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
