As a Strategic Marketing Partner you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing forward-thinking marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and the evolving needs of patients and customers. The Opportunity:

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies prioritise initiatives and make strategic trade-offs to maximize impact.

  • Communication & Persuasion: Deliver compelling messaging that engages diverse audiences from healthcare professionals to external partners and influence cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to inform strategies monitor campaign performance and translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Omnichannel Engagement: Lead the planning and execution of integrated multichannel campaigns that deliver seamless customer experiences

  • Impact Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) continuously evaluate marketing effectiveness based on defined metrics and leverage insights to inform and adjust strategy.

  • Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all activities meet industry regulations (e.g. PAAB ASC and IMC) while maintaining creativity and impact.

Who You Are:

  • 7-10 years in Pharma including 5-8 years of of demonstrated strategic marketing experience with a proven track record in crafting and delivering marketing strategies that drive business growth with a minimum of a 3 year undergraduate degree:

  • Demonstrated product launch success with a strong preference for experience in Multiple Sclerosis

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.

  • A natural aptitude and curiosity for digital tools and technologies including leveraging AI solutions.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and experience ensuring compliance in marketing activities.

  • Leadership qualities that foster cross functional inclusivity collaboration and long-term thinking.

  • Preferred : English and French language
