What youll build

• You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality day-to-day service delivery by defining tracking and meeting ambitious KPIs and SLAs.
• You will provide advanced technical expertise in database technologiesparticularly HANAwhile supporting HANA/ASE/MSSQL environments.
• You will handle major incidents troubleshoot service failures manage downtime scenarios and also working on customers landscape to bring the performance stability to their landscape
• You will collaborate across teams to streamline processes enhance automation and deliver proactive operations services along with effective alert-reduction programs.
• Your work will directly impact safeguarding system reliability through proactive monitoring incident management and comprehensive root-cause analysis.
• You will manage and prevent escalations by taking proactive steps and driving initiatives that boost operational resilience and customer satisfaction. Also perform a thorough root cause analyses and deliver corrective and preventive action plans for outages and performance issues.

What youll bring

• 10 years of experience in Technically skilled in Database Technologies like HANA/ASE/MSSQL with expert level knowledge in HANA
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose system issues effectively using logs traces and alert outputs supported by strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• You will bring in Continuous Improvement Initiatives to address customer pain points and enhancements in the Service Delivery
• Experience implementing preventive measures and stabilizing complex SAP environments to ensure consistent performance and reliability. A solid understanding of Linux/Unix and networking fundamentals further strengthens your technical foundation.
• Additionally you bring experience in problem management and structured root-cause analysis methodologies enabling you to drive continuous improvement and long-term operational stability..

• Within the Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) Board area the mission of the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Delivery organization is to run and operate SAPs private cloud offering.
• The Enhanced Operation Service is part of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery organization. This is a dedicated team which will focus on leading and optimizing strategic customers end-to-end delivery and operation model during the customers cloud transformation journey.
