Job Summary
support for Identity Management Services across all business units. This role provides the opportunity
to work with a wide array of mission-critical platforms and cutting-edge technologies. You will gain
valuable hands-on experience while contributing to the deployment management and continuous
improvement of the overall security environment.
Your Experience and Skills
You bring over 5 years of technical expertise in Critical Infrastructure and Identity Management
operations with a strong focus on automation. Your experience includes:
In-depth knowledge of resilience and recovery strategies within complex organizational
environments
Solid understanding of disaster recovery methodologies and business continuity planning
Proven expertise in implementing disaster recovery solutions and managing recovery
operations
Hands-on experience in ITIL-based incident and problem management
Good working knowledge of critical infrastructure platforms including:
Transmit Authentication solutions
Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems such as Broadcom SiteMinder Layer 7
Strong Authentication PKI/Certificate-based OTP and mobile-based authentication methods
Ideally experienced with Authentication Technologies 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) Single
Sign On/Federation
Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure with at least an understanding of DNS Firewalls
networking HSMs Key Vaults
Kubernetes DevOps principles and tools in Azure environments
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate lifecycle management
Security protocols and concepts including OAuth SAML and TLS
OUD LDAP and API gateway technologies
Linux systems (Red Hat Linux 7/8)
Development skills in scripting and automation using PowerShell Bash and Python
Proficient in Splunk query creation dashboarding and reporting
Additional competencies:
Experience with software development and automation tools (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English essential for collaborating with senior management
stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Any industry recognized engineering and security certifications would be an advantage:
CISSP CISA CCSP ISO27001 MCSE RHCE CCNE CCSE CompTIA
