As a Country Analytics and Portfolio Optimization Lead (cAPO) you will play a critical role in this ambition by ensuring that operational analytics are effectively used to inform key business decisions. You will be a vital partner in our global Clinical Operations team driving data-centricity and fostering a culture of trust and transparency. This role is a unique opportunity to shape our approach to portfolio delivery using your analytical expertise to proactively address challenges and unlock new opportunities for our patients.
The Opportunity
Lead with Analytics: You will translate business requirements into actionable insights and analyses informing operational decisions and resourcing for the country-level portfolio.
Drive Performance: You will continuously monitor and optimize the performance and efficiency of portfolio delivery anticipating emergent business challenges to unlock new opportunities.
Foster Data Literacy: You will serve as a primary contact for self-service analytics training teams to confidently use data and enhancing data quality by raising awareness of its impact on insights.
Collaborate and Partner: You will collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders including portfolio delivery teams and the global Analytics & Portfolio Optimization team to ensure we are aligned with business objectives.
Champion Patient-Centricity: You will drive patient-centricity by putting the needs of the patient and investigator first in all operational decisions and fostering a culture of curiosity to find simpler ways of working.
Inspire and Empower: You will inspire and empower talent within your team fostering an inclusive environment and providing support and mentorship to help others achieve their goals.
Who You Are
You have a bachelors degree in a relevant field
You have demonstrated experience translating data into compelling insights and a strong understanding of clinical operations and the drug development process.
You possess strong analytical and communication skills with expertise in data analytics statistics and/or resourcing.
You are an outstanding influencer with proven ability to navigate and lead in a complex global environment.
You have experience working across multiple cultures and countries with a strong appreciation for diversity and inclusion.
You have a strategic mindset and the ability to translate a vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Fluency in written and spoken language of the host country is mandatory.
